CNBC: John and Tim Rigas arrested Postal inspectors make arrest for conspiracy to commit fraud BREAKING NEWS NEW YORK, July 24 — Two members of the founding family of troubled cable operator Adelphia Communications Corp. were arrested by U.S. postal inspectors for conspiracy to commit securities fraud, CNBC reported Wednesday. msnbc.com ___________________________________ We're actually seeing some action -- too little and too late to save shareholders but at least some real action...When will they show up at Ken Lay's home and take him away for something like 'conspiracy to commit securities fraud'.??...Bush needs to instruct The Justice Dept. to play hard ball with those that he used to be friends with...IMO, that's the test...Enron caused a massive amount of damage for all stakeholders and the top execs need to be held accountable -- and not 6 years from now...The American people want some justice and a message needs to be sent out to corporate America...JMHO.
