LOL. Sort of like a Microsoft beta release?

Too bad spinning silicon costs hundreds of thousands of dollars, while updating a software glitch only requires a recompile. I'd also like to see what the bug report is like for those "beta" samples. What kind of debug dump file could be generated from a consumer PC for AMD to look at and determine the problem? How are the engineers supposed to understand how to fix their CPU when the user reports an application hang? Are they going to ship logic analyzers and ITPs to all these enthusiasts as well?
