Awright, Kodak. I did my play with the Jan 2000 90s. Wrote Oct 70 puts for 5 late today covered by the 2000 90s. This is gonna be fun.

I figure a trading range of 60 to 70 for poor, sick EK. The dimwits running this old firm will keep anyone from paying more 70, and the index buyers and overbloated dividend should keep it from dropping below 60. I'll play the volatility on the Oct 70s, buying back when it nears 70 and writing them on pullbacks. If EK leaves the trading range, just unwind the whole position.

The only way I see EK recovering is a major selloff of distracting businesses and complete, painful restructuring. None of the dinosaurs on the board can deal with it.

I posted 3 or 4 times in SI blasting Kodak the past month. Few showed any interest. The ad agency and v.p. stuff should have been more than a tipoff.
