It appears the markets are liking the arrest of John Rigas, the former CEO of Adelphia. What would be the interpretation if the arrest happened on a down day? Joe, why do you ask? Do you not think people want to see these guys arrested? It could well be coincidental that the markets began to rise as the news came out but I doubt it. Its time that the bad guys get their due.
