Actually I think RC is a bit confused on Cap Gains. E.G. moving a security into a RSP from a trading account, they would like to believe that a gain is a gain but a loss is not a loss... Go figure, although the loss side is being challenged more and more in court.. On Paper losses I believe that if I took paper losses more seriously I would be a better trader......
