How about confiscating ALL the properties of the stock manipulators and CEO frauds? There certainly is a precedent for this. Our government already confiscates the property of petty thieves such as drug pushers, so why shouldn't we demand that they confiscate the property of the mega theieves? One hundred percent of all their properties would certainly put a damper on future CEOs, brokerage firm, and investment bankers contemplating the same type manipulations. We could also pass a death penalty statue for mega thieves! Some Jews would probably protest that these suggestions are antisemitic!
