Book Value is now $5.16/share

I believe I had posted earlier that book value was $5.25/share. I recomputed based on 6/30/97 balance sheet and shares outstanding, and arrived at $5.16/share. The .09 reduction is attributable to: (1) .02 loss this quarter and, possibly, (2) approximately $500,000 reduction in value of 250,000 shares bought back at 8.

The bottom line, in some respects CRNR can be viewed as a software start-up company with substantial assets and no debt or cash flow problems for the foreseeable future. I don't expect great things in 1997; would just like to see a solid foundation laid for a spectacular 1998.
