Dear DiVit: I USED to subscribe to that theory, but in recent years I see HUGE stock options given to TOP ECHELON employees and a mere pittance to middle and lower level if at all. Then these TOP employees turn right around and sell for profit. So, far as I am concerned just a SCAM anymore to further enrich a chosen few. JDN
