I think this is an excellent question. As I read the book, I became aware that the liberal charges against her resulted largely from their apparent inability to distinguish statements of fact from statements of opinion.

This comprehension difficulty is strange, however, in light of her extensive use of references to support factual statements. I have had zero difficulty in distinguishing her opinion (with which I don't always agree) from statements of fact. The couple of times I HAVE questionned it, I simply looked at the relevent references to determine what was going on.

You're right.......and you know why, there's very little intellectual honesty, just a lot of well, slander like the title suggests.

You have previously accused me of closed-mindedness; however, my sense is that your statement that Coulter is "evil" and your criticisms of her book indicate to me that you haven't read it. HAVE YOU READ THE BOOK? If not, how can you dare to criticize it, and still call yourself "open minded". At least I don't hesitate to read material just because I don't agree with it!

Liberals can't stand this book because it exposes the shallow thinking that characterizes liberalism. In fact, liberalism is blatantly inconsistent with logical thinking, as logical thinking cannot lead one to support popular liberal concepts.
