I have been buying OEL.V lately at .24,.25 and to-day at .21 to-day.I am doing this as I feel this is extremely undervalued and it appears to me someone is purposely trying to force this stock down from the 60's level using three to four houses to accomplish this.Desjardins is one and Global is another along with union and a couple others. Heard a rumour that financing is near and this could be what was being alluded to in the last news release. Regardless the market is way undervalued and I am buying again.Maybe with the current markets someone has margin problems elsewhere but I suspect otherwise. The Osprey
