Joe, Thanks for the reply. I've been playing the game of being fully invested at the one or if lucky, 2 times the market gives us a buying opportunity yearly when everyone is down and negative. BB keeps me thinking straight and reaffirms the "gift horse" opportunities. I may be wrong about raising 25% cash right now, but in the past its worked well. I've been 100% invested since the April lows. If extreme bearish sentiment comes in and the market doesn't fall, I'll get back in. But I think we're going to see the number of bulls increase substantially now toward the top of the range and the bears dry up. Hey, Bill Gates increased his holdings $2.5 Billion today alone. He ought to be taking some profits. Thanks for the good discussion!
