Hi Don. Based on Salah's breakdown to you above, and if the numbers come in as he states (and we all don't "really know" what the numbers were/are going to be, right?) However, I believe First Call has the number at -.15 ... correct me if I'm wrong on that one.

Anyway, using Salah's nubmers, and using outstanding shares of approx. 349M. Looks like to me anyway, using -70M thru -100M for Q3 brings a range of:

-.20 thru -.28

... err... that's pretty far off from .02 eps for the Q, no?

Maybe I'm seeing it wrong. I dunno. Maybe Tolenen (the CFO) can help me out with the "beans", you know? I'm sure he's gonna have a "lot of fun" reading these numbers to the analysts in August.
