I think the running poll (with very few entries so it's statistically insignificant) is that MOABO will come in September-October of this year which would coincide with:

1. Last chance to get a rally to sway voters
2. Those who went in May have come back to play
3. 4-year election cycle per the Almanac
4. Historical precedence (as if this market cared)

Actually, most of these reasons mean the same thing so it's really only because it's happened before.

Bob has said that he is not looking for a bottom (after searching for and missing every single bottom in the Nas for nearly the last two years) but the uptrend. Everyone else will be looking for the same thing so it's a good chance that we'll all find it.
