What's your take on the thought that this q's results may include April's earnings for of CPQ? El Re: CPQ has an extra month to help make by: lizzy081972 07/24/02 05:19 pm Msg: 146860 of 146870 HP announced 2nd quarter profits for the months of Feb, Mar, and April. Now they will announce 3rd qtr profits for May, June, and July. During this time they bought Compaq, who announced their last quarterly profits for Jan, Feb, and Mar. The question... what happens to Compaqs April month??? Does it flow into the combined companies quarterly books for the upcoming quarter? I don't know the answer..but regardless it is not a surprise... Do you think a few people on this board are the only ones who know of this issue. I think not.
