This sentence doesn't really make sense, but then, what's new? Are you suggesting that George The Bushwhacker actually has the desire to chase skirts and that it's strong character that kept him from, say, Karen Hughes? And what exactly has George done while exhibiting all his character, so to speak? And how exactly was Shrubbery dealing with the "known terrorist build-up in the middle east" before 9-11? Was it by... A. Aiming at China? B. Praising Cheney's energy "plan"? or C. Making deals with the Taliban? Pick one.
