My opinion re: AOL and the SEC inquiries. The SEC is shooting at anything that moves, right now...and the media is duly picking up on it. Maybe, just maybe, this "fact finding" inquiry by the SEC is not something to be that concerned about. FWIW, I've already taken my lumps on AOL, cashing out a short while back for a sizeable loss. Wanted to step aside with all the uncertainty surrounding the stock. IMHO, one of the worst, if not THE worst, mergers in history.
