There's a lot of innuendo and inference that Bush has engaged in the very same business dealings that most of the corporate leaders engage in every day. Damn him for being born with a silver spoon in his mouth! Sounds more like sour grapes than objective journalistic effort.
There is not a lot of hard evidence nor a conviction that reveals impropriety. There is certainly a lot of hearsay.
Yes, the country does seem to have two economic systems. What the author fails to point out is that Bush didn't create it, he just happened to be able to join in the better game. If I remember correctly, I don't remember Clinton stepping up to the plate to stop any of the business practices that the author maintains are prevalent and destructive... As I recall he was tied up in the hallway with an intern...
