Hi Clap,

I take many things but the most important are - Minerals - 65 to 70 in a liquid ionic concoction. Calcium/Magnesium, in ionic form and extra in a chelated tablet. Chromium - 200 mcg's, Selenium 300 mcg's, Essential Fatty Acids - 2500 Omega-3's, 1200 Omega 6's and 1200 Omega 9's. Multivitamin/Mineral supplement plus Co-Enzyme Q-10, Lysine, Proline, Taurine, Glysine, L-Serine, L-Proline.

BTW - Glad to hear how the minerals and vitamins have helped. The real skin, nails and hair pill would be Essential Fatty Acids. Great for prostate problems also.

THE MAIN CONSUMPTION SHOULD BE CALCIUM!
