Fair enough. But remember the extra-strength Tylenol scare back in about 1989? JNJ went into the tank. There are dozens of other cases of cheap blue chips. I've just always been a believer in buying quality when it's on sale, as opposed to buying ZOLT or whatever just because it's going up. Clinton was a mo-mo president. Bush is a value president. Now, whether Bush will be the NEXT president is still an open question. I just think the smart money (1998-1999 excluded), doesn't fool with illiquid small caps when there is easy money to be made in far more obvious market trades. PB
