Larry, the link only led to 'not available' for me, but here's bpcompq from Stockcharts stockcharts.com

It needs to go to 32% bp to become 'bull alert', i.e. reverse into Xs. I'm not sure how much PnF you know, so the following may be no news for you.

I noticed that today all but one of StockCharts' bp are down [fewer stocks on a Pnf buy signal] That's because Pnf allows ONE signal change per stock per day. If a stock drops in the morning - giving a sell signal - that signal stays all day even if the stock goes back up in the afternoon.

The StockCharts bp are at the bottom of this screen [don't know if that's subscribers only] stockcharts.com

Bpindu is 3.33% meaning only one stock has a buy signal.

Even if the market is flat tomorrow we could see some big bp changes up.

Gottfried
