Gottfried - did ya see the local news this morning. Average price of a house in the entire Bay Area now at $415,000!. A new record high. Not only that, I believe it is a good $10K over the previous month. Also, I was listening to th "Brian Wilson show" this evening on the right wing talk radio station KSFO. I believe he is syndicated nationwide. His guest next Monday will be none other than Robert Prechter. As in DOW 600, 25% unemployment, gangs roaming the street, breakdown of all civc and governmental functions, etc. Should be interesting. Warp
