The commandment #5 somehow came across my mind: "Honour thy father and thy mother..." etc, translated "Do onto your parents what you expect your kids would do for you later on" - assuming you have some;

iow, it's an inter-generations IOU.

That may or may not be true, but the commitments for payments are a matter of law and do not depend on the bogus treasury securities in the trust fund.
