Warp, Lot's of negative guidance over the last week from the semi's, and the stronger prospects of a double dip is my guess? Money flow back into the uts strong today. Time to buy one of the best opportunities of a life time. XEL up 7% REL up 45% AEP up 7% DUK up 5% Follow da money. Utes were they are today is better than buying the OSX at 45. Go for it!! Jim
