Re Bottom:
Yesterday could be the bottom, with Nas down 35% for the year (ouch)
But it up to Congress now -individuals were isolated and lonely with no recourse and no voice in dealing with crooks. Now it appears somebody hears our complaints.
It was the drop in the Dow that got them worried plus all the cards and letters from voters. So now if they
follow thru, buy some more handcuffs, and especislly pass that legislation in a hurry they should be able to at least stabilize the market. And perhaps get re-elected.
