Why is Dell puts so expensive? Is it because the market expecting a crash? How high could it go?

As a PC box maker without technology background, DELL is just like another IOM. Intel just announced to cut their Pentium II 300Mhz price by over 50%. It indicates that Intel and its OEM, such as Dell, have hard time to move their Pentium II from warehouse.

Compaq, HP and IBM has oathed to take businesses from Dell. Without a second CPU source, Dell has much the highest assemble costs among these tier one. It is just a matter of time that DELL crashes.

I plan to buy DELL put soon. Any suggestion?
