DJ: Let us worry about ourselves. Europe is still a back word society in terms of checks and balances. If we are the best, we can still make it better. GM may have self-funded insurance claims. Even self-funded insurance plans do risk analysis and limit the maximum they will spend on a given plan. Also, GM can change its health insurance plan, if it is threatening to dip deeper into its funds. No such alternative exists in the current option plans. Givibg is easy, taking is difficult if not impossible. Why would anybody wants to break US economy, unless you are Bin Laden?
