How do you like this logic (from the downgrade report):

"...If management lowers guidance during the conference call tonight, estimates will likely become more realistic but the stock will likely trade down on concerns over industry fundamentals given what we have seen recently in other tech stocks. Conversely, if management does not lower guidance during the conference call, investors will remain skeptical with respect to the September and December quarters, possibly keeping pressure on the stock for at least another quarter..."

if negative news -> stock will go down; if positive news -> stock will go down. Can't win!
