The Investors Day event was a wash.

Not bad for new investors attempting to get a handle on what INSP is and does, but very light on actual information for current investors as to stock price, short and long term contracts, and overall stability of INSP. Again, the carrot at the end of the stick type of excitement was all INSP could offer along with what appears to be some stable metrics and well thought out new product offerings in the wings.

It was dissappointing that there were no questions and answer period. Who knows if anyone analysts came or were even interested in INSP. Coupled with the fact that there were no questions at the earnings call, I'd guess it is a 'hands off', call me when you can produce some true growth type of situation taking place.

Employees that own stock options that have been turned in for repricing must be very happy at present as there are no catalysts present for price appreciation. One possibility is that INSP did say at earnings that they would discuss the delistment in the next couple (few?) days...

If you read real close over last quarter numbers, as well as other published accounts of INSP's numbers and listen quarter after quarter, you realise that INSP can ever so quietly ignore certain things (i.e. drop in query numbers by .7 billion in the quarter vs. last quarter, and active subs downfrom over 2.5 million to 1.49 million---but before I stand by that statement I would need to read yet again Q1's statement about active subs...for this reason...INSP said this quarter, Q2 the average active wireless users PER MONTH was 1.49 million. Last quarter they may have lumped the three months together to get the average usage at 2.5 some million. Anyway, INSP must pay some good money to keep the press releases as vauge as they are while also giving the appearance of exceptional disclosure.

Bottom line for me; Many companies are shedding market capitalization to arrive at some new level of value. I feel at these levels INSP has shed most of that value already and will advance and decline on the whims of the market.

Soryy, not going to spell check.
