Follow the money. My hunch is that it was the banks who came up with the ideas (for illegal activities) for the likes of ENE, WCOM, GX and others.

The SEC or Elliot Spitzer in New York State will find that it was the Banks that drove this incredible corruption.

And of course, when the indictments are unsealed, their share prices will be cut in half. IMO
