how much more in borrowing costs does this result for JPM ?
it affects their bond rating and yield, I think

so the moneycenter banks (which have big InvBanking) are now on a campaign to prop each other up

I smell a real lousy odor in US banking
Moody's mentions "wholesale banking portfolio"
I suspect this is foreign govt debt, e.g. Argentina, Brazil
