Yes, they did talk about it, though not in any more specifics than what you posted. It is worth noting, though, that since the transaction has not yet closed, whatever earnings/revenue accretion it represents is not part of the company's current guidance for Q3. So there should be some upside to guidance as soon as the deal closes.
