this market fiasco makes it even more likely that the judge will accept the settlement between MSFT and the DOJ. Bashers will yammer about the "law", but the whole anti-trust thing is, and has been, about politics and pull. you need to get a book on American government, and find the chapter about the 3 separate branches of government..... let alone the separation between a judge's decision and what a market is doing....... jon.
