Personal foibles? Since when is violating the oath of office a "personal foible"? Clinton swore an oath to uphold and defend the laws and Constitution of the US, not just the ones he liked. All of them. He tried to evade his responsibility under a law HE SIGNED into effect. he misused the powers of his office to cover up.

He's pond scum.
