They are upset that the King has the cash! actually it is your cash, the "king" (or the employees) refuse to give it back to you.... after all they got it all from you... if you've held this stock for five years..... not that it is all that much cash per share anyway...... but your basic share count went up by this very amount that this "king" now has sitting in the bank as current cash.... jon.
