I wouldn't put a heck of a lot of faith in SCS re. DAK. If I recall correctly, I have received similar messages MANY times over the past 9 months or so, and EVERY TIME nothing happens except for a little "blip" in the share price, after which it falls back because as usual, NOTHING is happening with the company.

REALLY NOW before anyone goes on a buying spree here, may I re-iterate a few points that have been recently raised concerning this rather shaky company:

i) the company no longer has their phone no. in the Calgary phone book, and it is virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone there. Do you want to put money into a company like this?

ii) DAK has no money. No money means GO NOWHERE TODAY in the exploration business.

iii) the "gravel pit" story is now pre-historic news, and even if they do announce that the deal finally came together, do you really think the stock will take a leap based on this announcement that everyone is already expecting?

Cripes, companies are finding GOLD today (like SJD) and the market is yawning.

iv) All the talk about the northern properties and the big Mexican play (why I originally bought for) seems to have fallen by the wayside. Why? Who knows cause even if you do get lucky enough to contact someone from the company, they will tell you basically NOTHING.

And don't bother requesting info cause you'll likely NEVER get it. Your request just gets forgotten. Who needs maps anyway. Why would you want to know where the company has property?

So why the sudden increase in price/vol today I ask? Could this possibly because of SCS hyping the stock? No, couldn't be, could it?

Seems rather cooincidental about the timing doesn't it though?

If I seem a little cynical here, I am because I have been caught too many times now on promotions and hype. Beware if you are not familiar with company and are buying for the first time, else you might lose money like I have.

Regards,
W. Wolinski
