There is no difference except that the bigger boards were not looked at as hard as the small companies. Once they broke NASDAQ the bigger market was exposed and thus Levitt nailed the bigger market by his dedication to accountable accounting practices. Just proves the market is fraught with theives. But what do you expect considering the market is the only place you can sell what you do not own ... :-) Gary
