usually record inflows are seen at market tops....thats how i confirmed the market top back at nasdaq 1832... and record outflows are seen at market bottoms.... that leads to the theory the public is always wrong and buys the tops and sells the bottoms... this time they may be right though because the market bottom is not in yet....
