BTW, Did you all catch Irwin say in his opening remarks that they supported the new financial reporting rules and the efforts to restore trust in financial reporting? He also said that they (including him personally) were going to be certifying their financial results with the submission of the Q3 results "in the next 24 hours." No hesitation here, no waiting for 8/14.
