Thanks for the article lorne. I agree that Islam has always been a religion of violence and aggression, however I have problem with the groups motives and sense of truth. If we evaluate modern talmudic Judaism by the same standards that these Christian Zionists evaluate Islam, we find that the teachings of Talmudic Judaism are more hostile to Christ and Christianity, more aggressive in a theological way, and more dangerous since the Jewish aggression is mostly in the form of politics, media propaganda, and theological subversion through TV and Hollywood.
Christian Zionism is, IMO, the most harmful and deceitful heresy of our day. They have exalted Israel and antichrist Judaism above Christ and the Church. They have confused the Israel of God with "Israel" of the flesh.
The Israel of God is created by faith in Jesus, the "Israel" of the flesh (modern Judaism) through faith in the law and Talmudic Judaism.
Under the New Covenant established through the blood of Jesus, righteousness is by faith in Jesus and not by the works of the Law. The modern rabbinic Judaism of today was invented after the destruction of the Second Temple (in 70A.D) and rests on righteousness through the law as interpreted by the "oral torah" or the Babylonian Talmud.
The heresy of Christian Zionism has substituted their heritage in Christ and the Church for the dead heritage of rabbinic Judaism and the Babylonian Talmud. There hope, faith and focus is in modern antichrist nation of Israel and rabbinic Judaism rather than in Christ and his Body, the Church! |
