I would like to form a class action and sue Rocker/ Cohodes ass off,, anyone game ? I have a hell of a securities atty named Roger Claxton , used to be with Kilgore & Kilgore in Ft.Worth, now on his own. I'm serious , these bastards put out false rumors and harmed the stock, and the existing stockholders. They should swing !
