I thought the neckline was at 8350, but I'll trust your charts over my memory <G>.

One thing I know for sure, do not short the Dow the last 2-days of the month. That said, we often times drop going into that window, only to recover. The Dow appears to have done a Dow-type re-test (50% re-trace of the ramp) and may muddy around a bit while the market establishes its footing. I don't like the way it ended today, however.
