DOU: If you can find out who INCA is selling for than I might agree. But since I watch the level II with great interest of late I see their trading behavior as key to MSFT's price movement. I believe that from their action they are short sellers in a big way. Now maybe they are front running some panicky "pros" I don't know but the rally was short covering obviously so I assume the selling is shorting from the higher base until the next head fake short covering rally. Until this unvirtuous cycle is destroyed and the shorts lose their nerve it will continue. MSFT is the perfect stock to short. They don't defend their stock. When they buy back they claim they do it on a periodic basis. Their is a ton of institutional stock to borrow as well as brokerage stock ( the float is huge), there is no dividend, and it is very liquid. I also suspect that the Index Funds might have an exaggerating effect on MSFT. JFD
