I suggested that in my letter to the district. I also suggested some sort of bulletin, in which the teacher or principal can briefly outline the strategy- then interested teachers could contact the person who was doing the activity that they were interested in. Our district is not known for innovating, but I'm friends with one of the school board members, so I'm going to send a copy of the letter to him as well as to the administration.

The websites like ABC teach are great, but not all great teachers are computer savvy. And with the little guys so much of what we do is NOT computer related there is no gigantic pressure on teachers, even good ones, to get literate to the point they feel comfortable submitting articles on line.
