Dow right now has ran out of time to negate the broken neckline at 8300. SPX neckline at 950. COMP NDX SPX UTIL all have broken necklines with huge volume which will be a giantic resistance. Dow is hitting a giantic resistance now...Dow has to correct itself to get in line with Nasdaq which is about 20% below...
