Besides the miricle urine cancer cure they also owned Chequemates 3-d technology which was much touted of having millions in revenues but in recent sec filings where they had to break down revenue had zero, nahdah, nothing zip. It was touten on the bestwayusa.com web site in a joint venture with the boiler Room P.T.Dolok D/B/A International Asset Management. Bestway USA name was changed to Ziasun. In the press release by Ziasun Bryant Cragun said he did not know that much about Pt Dolok. Property record show P.T Dolok owned his condo in Solona Beach.See: (ZSUN/Bryant Cragun/ "FOR SALE BY BOILER ROOM"_

press release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

South Jordan, Utah, USA. September 15, 2000. -- Multi-Dimensional Studios, L.C. (MDS) is the second-largest distributor of 3D movies and theatres in the world after IMAX (Nasdaq:IMAX). So far in the year 2000, the company has opened 3D theatres in Egypt, Turkey, Chile, India, and Tennessee. In October, MDS will open two new theatres in Korea. A theatre is schedule to open in Mexico City in November, and a second theatre in Egypt will open in December. Several additional theatres are scheduled for 2001. "With the success of 3D attractions at major theme parks such as Universal Studios and the Disney parks, audiences everywhere want to see state-of-the-art 3D," said Jonathan Neville, Managing Director of MDS. "Combining the 3D with special environmental effects (EFX) and motion makes these attractions unforgettable. We have the world's largest library of 3D EFX movies, which means we can offer the most flexible and affordable 3D attractions."Every 3D theatre sold by MDS includes a full assortment of special effects, including wind, rain, seat vibrators, leg ticklers, air jets on the face and neck, water misters, and strobe lights. Some theatres also include a laser show and other effects.MDS has specialized in theatres ranging from 10 to 100 seats. However, the company is now targeting the larger theatres as well. "The problems faced by Showscan (OTC Bulletin Board: SHOW) and Iwerks (Nasdaq:IWRKC) have led many of their theatre owners to contact us. We are offering a conversion package that allows these theatres to upgrade to digital 3D projection with access to our entire library for less than what they might pay Showscan or Iwerks for a single year's movie license," said Mr. Neville. MDS has theatres in 16 different countries. The response has been outstanding, especially where 3D is a new phenomenon. At the grand opening of the Cairo theatre, the demand was so strong that the company had to call security to keep the kids from getting hurt as they rushed to get inside. MDS hopes to overtake IMAX as the largest provider of 3D theatres in the world. At its present rate of growth, the company expects that to happen sometime in the year 2002. "The worldwide market for 3D theatres is in the thousands," says Jerry Coleman, Director of Sales. As our library of 3D movies grows and more people see our theatres, we expect our sales to continue to expand rapidly."The company has also had great success with its new operating system for capsule simulators made by Thomson Entertainment and Doron Precision Systems. The MDS system replaces the original manufacturer's system to provide motion control, digital video, and EFX options. The package includes 11 new movies with lifetime licenses. It is an attractive package for capsule owners. At a cost of around $10,000, it costs less than an annual license for 11 movies alone. MDS has provided conversion packages for Thomson and Doron simulators in 8 countries. The company hopes to convert over 200 of the capsules in 2001. Stand-alone 3D theatres and capsule simulators are not the only markets being pursued by MDS. Mr. Neville notes that the problems faced by movie exhibitors in the United States could be helped in part by offering 3D movies. "Theatre owners don't realize how inexpensive it is to add digital 3D," he says. "Every multiplex shows the same movies. An innovative theatre chain could easily add digital 3D to one of their theatres in each multiplex, creating a new attraction and a reason for people to attend their theatre instead of the one across the street." MDS has plans to address this market, but they've postponed them to respond to the demand for their own products for now.MDS will be exhibiting a 3D Doron capsule simulator conversion at IAAPA 2000 in Atlanta, Georgia. The capsule will also have special effects built in. This will demonstrate both the company's 3D movies and its capsule conversion packages.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Theatre Technology

SANDY, UTAH. Multi-Dimensional Studios LLC, manufacturer of the MDS 3D EFX Thunder Theatre, has introduced a new hydraulic motion base technology for its theatres. Previously, all of its theatres used pneumatic bases. A new breakthrough in hydraulic design now makes it possible for MDS to offer cost-effective, low-maintenance, independent motion bases. Each motion base seats four individuals in a row. Unlike the bench seats used by most other motion bases, the new design gives each individual an identical ride.

"The new design is revolutionary because it offers the smooth movement of
hydraulics, but allows us to keep the price low enough for our customers to make money," says Loran Swensen, a Director of Multi-Dimensional Studios. "Plus, we feel it is important for each person in the theatre to have an equally exciting ride..
Bench-type and platform systems such as those currently used by our competitors cannot give each person the same ride."

The 3D EFX Thunder Theatres feature unique MDS special environmental effects (hence, "EFX"), including face air jets, leg ticklers, theatre wind, theatre rain, face water misters, and thunder seats on motion bases, as well as stereoscopic 3D projection.

MDS is now adding laser shows to its long list of EFX. These shows are designed to fit inside the theatre to provide incredible excitement. They can be used together with the 3D movies or can be offered as a separate attraction. This provides theatre operators even more flexibility and variety for attracting repeat business.
