Ish, Right now, there is not enough freezer space for very many steaks, so I buy them fresh from the store, plop them in the marinade, and let them sit for a couple of hours in the fridge, turning them every 30 minutes. Fortunately, Colleen likes her steak done the same way I like mine. Very pink in the middle.
