I think Greenspan lowers rates.

If the government doesn't do something very soon to encourage business lending things are going to get much worse. Right now any company with high leverage is a serious candidate for bankruptcy - and that's the majority of public companies in America.

I think our green friend will take extraordinary measures to prevent that from happening.
