What has happened is that there is little to no value for SystemWizard. The core business is valued at 40X .$28 (trailing 4Qs) which is reasonable considering the company has been growing over 50% for several years now and has launched USB which should add close to .10 this year & probably .20+ next year.

Also stock has risen 50% from its lows this year.
