Golf/Sienna to File Amended Federal Court Complaint
SPRINGDALE, Ark., July 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golf Entertainment, Inc. dba Sienna Broadcasting (OTC Bulletin Board: GECC - News) will amend a federal court filing in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Monday, restating its claims of stock manipulation by a group operating principally out of Broward County, Florida according to Dr. Tim Brooker, CEO of the Company.

"We filed our original complaint about 6 weeks ago," Brooker said. "In it, we named a number of people in a civil case filed under the federal racketeering statutes. Our claims are based on the use of avenues of interstate commerce to manipulate our common stock price."

Brooker said the Company General Counsel will amend that complaint Monday, naming as principal defendant an individual residing Pembroke Pines, Florida. The Company will strike several previously named defendants in the case, including D. J. Johanning and Carla. S. Hohenhouse. "We withheld serving any defendant a summons in this case while we gathered more evidence as to the actual identities of a number of the 'John Doe' defendants. One reason why we took that measure was to assure that no innocent party is held to answer while we sort out the issues of identity."

After the suit was filed, Brooker said several persons who thought they might be targeted by the suit immediately contacted the Company and provided assistance. "Their candor and willingness to put aside personal differences were invaluable in determining the involvement and role of the persons who will be named as new defendants in the alleged stock manipulation scheme. We are dropping several of these people from the suit on Monday."

Brooker said that Lycos, Inc., an internet service operator previously served a subpoena requiring divulging of identity and other personal information of its account holders will be notified on Monday of the changes in the litigation, thereby reducing the number of names sought under subpoena.
