at least in the USA... if the carriers can't perform better... what good is all the whiz-bang technology? it's an extremely competitive market in the earliest stage of emergence from 2G. The whiz bang technology is good to the extent that it enables operators to provide better service more efficiently. May I respectfully ask what performance you expected at this point?
